We are often asked about our refund policy; we don’t want you to be out of pocket if you have to cancel your event so we always try to offer you the opportunity to postpone your event in the first instance.
Yes, we require a deposit of around 30% of the total rental charge in advance to secure your booking.
Yes – We take a £60 security deposit against silent disco and karaoke systems or £100 against our cinema systems. This is refunded to you within 14 days of the equipment being returned to us in the same condition it was sent out in.
If any equipment is broken whilst under your care then please return it to us for inspection. If we can repair it then we will only charge you the repair fee but if the item is not repairable then the replacement fee will apply. The value of each item of equipment is detailed in your booking confirmation and can also be sent to you by request. Lost equipment will be charged at the full replacement retail value.
Sadly we are unable to insure our equipment once it is away from our supervision. You are responsible for the insurance of the equipment throughout the hire period.
